Patient Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an advanced practice clinician to join our team, providing exceptional patient care and leadership skills.

As a Concentra clinician, you will assess patients and provide treatments, ensuring an exceptional experience while promoting a diverse environment of acceptance and compassion.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care, leading by example and creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
  • Maintain relationships with center clients and payers, promoting and exemplifying Concentra's values.
  • Ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including diagnostic testing and treatment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification
  • Active and unrestricted license
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction
  • Eligibility to participate in Medicare
  • FMCSA NRCME certification or willingness to obtain
