About the Role

Milliken & Company is a global leader in manufacturing, and we are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to support our Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing complex calendars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing schedules.
  • Oversee all aspects of travel, including hotel and flight bookings, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior executives.
  • Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.
  • Answer inquiries independently and follow up with other departments to ensure requests are carried out.
  • Assist in special projects and create presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Plan and coordinate global team meetings and team building events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus work experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven service orientation mindset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
