About the Role

PuroClean of Redmond/Woodinville/Everett is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling franchise services in assigned territories, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
  • Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing
  • Build, maintain and service a 'top 25 client' list for agents and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses
  • Build brand awareness and secure leads through commercial properties. Collect and build COI's and get us on vendor lists
  • Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
  • Understanding, adhering to and promoting safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
  • Building brand awareness, promoting the 'One Team' culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service
  • 100 stops per week building brand awareness
  • Build and Foster commercial relationships, while setting up company accounts, Vendor Portal, COI, and any other documentation procurement

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand 'message'
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
  • B2B sales out in the field
  • Clean driving record and the ability to drive passenger cars, promasters, and box trucks
