Job Summary

Lone Star College is seeking a qualified Machining Instructor to join our team. As a Machining Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Machining courses at various times and locations. You will create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material. You will also submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Machining courses at a variety of times and locations
  • Create engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material
  • Submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner
  • Utilize a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines
  • Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in machining or manufacturing technology. Minimum 3 years work experience in the field. OR Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ industrial engineering or mechanical/ industrial engineering technology. Minimum 3 years work experience in the field
