We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $500K, with a production incentive offered in year two. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $25K-$50K and a student educational assistance program that guarantees $200K in direct funding from the hospital. Relocation is also paid, and you will receive 4-6 weeks of paid time off (PTO). Furthermore, we offer CME reimbursement of $4,000 and malpractice insurance coverage.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsAs an Otolaryngology Physician, you will be responsible for providing bread-and-butter care, with the opportunity to entertain niche clinical interests. You will work a 4-day schedule (36-hour week) and be called by the ER after hours, with the discretion to handle calls as you see fit. You will have access to a supportive team, including a nurse/MA for patient rooming, clerical staff, and other specialists.
