Otolaryngology Specialist

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $500K, a production incentive, and a sign-on bonus of $25K-$50K. Additionally, we provide $200K in student educational assistance directly from the hospital, guaranteed. Our relocation package is paid, and we offer 4-6 weeks of paid time off (PTO). We also provide malpractice insurance, claims-made coverage, and a great benefits package, including a retirement plan.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsWe are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to handle a variety of cases, including bread-and-butter procedures and niche clinical interests. The physician will work a 36-hour week, with call handled by the ER after hours. We have a supportive staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and clerical staff, as well as other specialists.
Qualifications and SkillsWe require a BC or BE in otolaryngology. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
