Otolaryngology Specialist

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $500K, with a production incentive offered in year two. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $25K-$50K, and a student educational assistance program that offers $200K directly from the hospital, guaranteed. Our relocation package is paid, and we offer 4-6 weeks of paid time off (PTO). We also provide malpractice insurance, claims-made coverage, and a great benefits and retirement plan, with a benefit book available.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsWe are seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible otolaryngologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical interest in bread-and-butter cases, with the option to pursue niche interests. Our facility offers a 36-hour workweek, with call handled by the ER after hours, at the physician's discretion. We have a supportive staff, including a nurse/MA for patient rooming, clerical staff, and other specialists.
Qualifications and SkillsWe require a BC otolaryngology or truly board-eligible candidate with a strong clinical background. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
CommunityOur facility is located less than 30 minutes from Toledo, OH, and 1.5 hours from Detroit, MI. We offer a low cost of living, with houses starting at $120K and rentals starting at $550. Our community offers access to restaurants, big box retailers, shopping, and an international airport, making it an ideal location for those who want to live in the city, suburbs, or rural areas.
