About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Providence Service Organization. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide therapeutic counseling interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families on an outpatient basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health topics.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience in family counseling or therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
