Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Product Line Management team for Kilowatt Fiber Lasers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our high-power fiber laser systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Line Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product line strategy that addresses the needs of our customers and drives business growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the kilowatt fiber laser market.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product managers, engineers, and other professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in product management, business development, or a related field.
- Education: Advanced university degree (Masters or higher) in a technical field. MBA degree a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of kilowatt fiber laser systems, including applications, customers, and suppliers.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $152,000 - $218,000 per year.
