Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for the Industrial Maintenance Technician role is competitive and commensurate with skills, knowledge, and experience, ranging from $32.17/hr to $46.59/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

  • Conducting a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems on all manufacturing and support equipment.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • Working efficiently to reduce machine downtime.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A passion for maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in general maintenance practices or relevant technical training.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tables, and charts.
  • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical equipment, including pumps and gearboxes.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training.
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, steam, and pneumatic maintenance.
  • Electrical or PLC certification.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming and diagnostics.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the packaging industry.
