Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Concierge to join our team at Opulent Vacations, Inc. DBA Buckingham Tahoe Rentals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and homeowners, ensuring a 5-star experience from the moment a reservation is confirmed until departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests and homeowners, ensuring complete satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers, including restaurants, transportation services, and other relevant businesses.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events, activities, and community news to provide guests with insider knowledge and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and book guest requests, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and other services.
  • Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure inspections to ensure homes are ready for guests and report any issues or damages.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lake Tahoe region and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, homeowners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends based on occupancy.
  • Reliable and presentable vehicle, with a gas stipend provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb stairs in homes and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Verbal communication is necessary for interacting with guests and homeowners.
