">We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team in the vibrant landscape of New England.
This role will focus on talent acquisition, specifically recruitment and management of HR processes, for our clients in the region.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in business software, particularly iSolved and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with compliance and implementing HR strategies.
The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with performance management and employee relations, strong analytical skills for data-driven HR decisions, and ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
Prior experience managing employee onboarding and payroll is highly desirable.
