Fitness Program Director

Job Summary

The Fitness Program Director will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive fitness programs for clients, embodying 24 Hour Fitness's core values. This role requires a strong focus on member retention, client acquisition, and supporting the Fitness Coach Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain fitness programs for clients, including personal training sessions and group classes.
* Collaborate with the Fitness Coach Team to ensure seamless fitness experiences for clients and coaches.
* Mentor Coach performance through behavior observation and training and development.
* Assist in member service activities, such as fitness seminars and training days.
* Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, coaches, and staff.

Requirements

* Degree in a related field or current certification through a nationally accredited industry association.
* Ability to adjust and operate fitness equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role with an estimated 60% of time spent in personal training sessions and 40% onboarding, training, and supporting Coaches within a given club. The Fitness Program Director will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and regularly updating progress for each personal training client, following company guidelines.
