Nurse Associate Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Associate Health Specialist to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a key member of our occupational health department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our associates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement associate health programs and services to promote a healthy work environment.
- Conduct health risk assessments and provide education to associates on health-related topics.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide medical surveillance and testing services, including immunizations and respiratory protection programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential associate health records.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- COHN, COHN-S, or COHN-CM certification.
- Minimum 2 years of related occupational health nursing experience.
