Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of home health experience or 2 years nursing experience in an equivalent area of practice serving the older adult population
- Has, or be willing to obtain, a professional liability insurance policy
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
