Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Andersen Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including installation, troubleshooting, and modification.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and techniques to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supervisory, and production personnel to resolve equipment issues and improve manufacturing operations.
  • Respond to emergency situations and equipment downtime scenarios, identifying and diagnosing problems and offering solutions.
Requirements
  • Technical college degree or diploma in a mechanical-related field.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical prints and drawing symbols.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift, pull, reach, bend, squat, kneel, and climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
  • Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs).
  • Strong understanding of computer programs, including MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum 15 years of maintenance work experience in an industrial setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to install, maintain, repair, modify, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and components.
  • Experience performing millwright tasks, including moving equipment and machinery.
  • Practical knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) instruments and methods.
  • Experience setting up PM programs for new equipment or improving PM programs for existing equipment.
