Job Summary

The St. Joseph Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to individuals with serious mental, physical, and/or behavioral health needs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of quality care in accordance with established rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to all program/department staff, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver exceptional services.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with program requirements and maintaining the highest standard of services.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster cooperative relationships with other service providers, police and public safety officers, and community resources to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize resources.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Collect and analyze statistics, prepare reports for funders and internal agency use, and ensure timely and accurate submission of fee-for-service billing and other reports.
  • Program Development: Participate in the development of program activities, ensuring timely completion of progress notes and related forms, and collaborating with the Director to manage program activities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, public health).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, clinical supervision, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program decisions.
