We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Security Professional to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, including accidents, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
- Security Systems: Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving any security-related issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
- Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
