About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team in Eugene, OR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare services to patients
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred
- Experience in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
