Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As an expert in customer service, you will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Scheduling: Greet service department customers promptly and courteously, demonstrating a positive attitude and setting the tone for a welcoming experience.
- Communication and Coordination: Listen attentively to customers and clearly communicate repair needs to service technicians, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Upsell additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods that prioritize the customer's needs and preferences.
- Estimating and Quality Control: Provide detailed estimates and explanations of repairs, focusing on transparency and trust-building with customers. Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers throughout the repair process, keeping them informed of progress and exceeding their expectations.
- Extended Warranties and Sales: Sell and manage extended warranties, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to customers.
- Customer Complaints and Issues: Handle minor customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communication with Service Manager: Maintain open communication with the Service Manager, keeping them informed of problems and potential issues.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and sick leave, holidays, and a wellness program.
