Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at UNC Health Care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients, including evaluation, consultation, and treatment
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
