About the Position

Newmark seeks an experienced Associate Project Manager to manage a variety of projects across the commercial real estate sector. This individual will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Your Essential Duties

  1. Coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
  2. Maintain document control, manage databases, and coordinate project communications
  3. Prepare status reports for management, clients, and project personnel

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial real estate industry
  • Ability to adapt to technology required for the role (Word, Excel, Fasttrack)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills

Compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $62,000 to $82,000 per year, depending on experience.
