Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules, organize resources, select staff, and manage construction equipment.
- Oversee projects to ensure specifications and guidelines are met, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and utilities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support the project manager/engineer in their activities, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience with a proven track record of success
- Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Strong reputation among subcontractors and ability to maintain a safe job site
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
