About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
- Adhere to housekeeping detail standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, with a focus on resolving issues and improving the guest experience.
- Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens, and maintain a clean and organized linen room.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
