Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, both in-person and via phone.
  • Assisting customers in selecting products by articulating the features and advantages of each item.
  • Acquiring product knowledge and sales expertise through various training programs.
  • Promoting extended service plans and installation services for select products.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in our Point of Sale system, which includes managing customer details, product information, pricing, delivery options, order status, and payment processing.
  • Encouraging customers to apply for our credit card and guiding them through the application process.

Compensation for Sales Specialists is based on a bi-weekly draw against commission, with average earnings ranging from $48,000 to $80,000 annually, and top performers earning over $100,000.

*All new sales associates are required to complete a two-week paid training program to familiarize themselves with our corporate culture, sales techniques, product knowledge, and internal systems.
