Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Paint Preparation Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Vehicles for Painting: This includes sanding, priming, and blocking surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Conduct Final Checks: Ensure all prep work is ready for refinishing by washing, drying, taping, and masking vehicles.
  • Polishing Duties: Remove minor defects from paint by de-nibbing and rubbing, as well as machine and hand glazing.
  • Overspray Management: Identify and eliminate any overspray to maintain quality standards.

General Requirements for All Paint Shop Personnel:

  • Maintain Cleanliness: Work in a neat and organized manner.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Wash and prepare completed vehicles for customer pickup.
  • Shop Maintenance: Assist in keeping the paint shop and equipment in excellent condition.
