Job Summary

New England Sheets is seeking an experienced Clamp Lift Operator to join our team at our Devens, MA facility. As a Clamp Lift Operator, you will be responsible for operating the clamp truck in a safe and efficient manner to unload incoming rolls, move rolls to/from the corrugator as needed for production, and accurately tag all new rolls/goods with proper identification and bar codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the clamp truck to unload incoming rolls and move rolls to/from the corrugator
  • Accurately tag all new rolls/goods with proper identification and bar codes
  • Perform daily inspection of the clamp lift truck
  • Work effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team
Requirements
  • Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality
  • Ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates
