About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ford Pro Fleet Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving parts and service traffic to our dealership and distribution networks for repair and/or parts purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve quotas for Ford Pro products and services
  • Conquest new fleets and grow existing fleets' parts and service sales
  • Wholesale parts growth
  • Repair order and service loyalty growth
  • Mobile service growth
  • Program enrollments and customer progress to program objectives
  • Identifying bid opportunities and assist in bid responses
  • Travel with dealership outside sales reps
  • VIN list collection from Fleet customers
  • Respond to prospect activities generated by marketing
  • Identify software and other Ford Pro Service opportunities
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of commission-based sales experience with routine cold calling of potential clients to develop business
  • Even better: BA/BS degree preferred, 3-5 years of fleet/commercial automotive experience preferred, experience with solutions-based selling preferred
