Overview:
A $400/month housing stipend is available for full-time residents of designated counties. Candidates must work at least 80% on-site at a CommonSpirit Mountain Region facility and maintain full-time or part-time status (PRN not eligible). More details will be provided upon offer.

This position entails administrative oversight for designated practices while collaborating within an integrated healthcare delivery system. A solid understanding of community health principles and ambulatory clinical nursing care is essential. Key stakeholders include regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff, while external stakeholders encompass patients, their caregivers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and the community.

This role also involves formulating plans to identify and achieve both short and long-term objectives, ensuring adherence to operating and capital budgets, and meeting financial performance targets.

The incumbent is expected to demonstrate all Core and Leadership Behaviors along with Leadership Competencies.

The scope of this role includes managing an outpatient ambulatory site, overseeing multiple specialties, clinics, and providers. The clinic operations will report directly to this position, which entails direct supervisory and managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities include the administration of business, financial, and practice functions. This role also assists in developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and the community to enhance service delivery.

As a patient advocate and ethical management role model, the incumbent promotes awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles aligned with our Mission and Values.

This position requires the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with physicians and other management team members to fulfill responsibilities effectively.

Additionally, the incumbent serves as the liaison with each service line and joint venture within the clinic.

Promoting optimal health, well-being, and patient safety is paramount, achieved through the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.

A critical aspect of this role is to establish strong relationships with physicians and associates to ensure high levels of patient and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:
In addition to embodying humankindness in the workplace daily, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, with at least two years in a management role
- 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a related specialty
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to lead a small business
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics
- A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred
- Certification in Ambulatory Nursing preferred

Physical Requirements:
Medium Work - ability to exert/lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly.
