Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, logging, tracking, and distributing documents in both electronic and paper format for project record maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management, quality control, and information technology. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, BlueBeam, and CMiC is required. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

The Document Controls Specialist will work closely with the project team to develop and maintain project document control procedures, including updating and maintaining record-keeping databases. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recognizing issues, advising, and conferring with leadership and project team members on matters affecting project records, documents, and deliverable products.
