About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Member Experience Manager to join our team at Industrious. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our members and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality member experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and their teams
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth and business development
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve member experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a hospitality or customer experience setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
