Key Responsibilities- Implement preventive quality standards and processes to ensure a right-first time approach when implementing new products or projects.
- Deliver and maintain quality standards deployment, engaging your team to meet strict deadlines.
- Promote quality culture throughout the company, identifying and addressing risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and certifications, such as AS9100, TCCA, FAA, and EASA.
- Develop and implement plans for audits, projects, and other quality-related initiatives.
- Strong experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering (3-5 years).
- Aeronautics/Aerospace background (5 years minimum).
- Knowledge of PPV methodology and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
