As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our learning center, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Administer math assessments to diagnose learning gaps and create tailored learning plans for students.
- Successfully enroll students in the Mathnasium program, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the Owner to manage sales, enrollment, and marketing activities, driving business growth and expansion.
- Lead marketing efforts to create a supportive community within our center and promote the Mathnasium brand.
- Manage center operations, including scheduling, employee management, and customer relations.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Recent college graduate or professional with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching.
- Strong foundational math skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the United States K-12 education system and 2+ years of prior customer service experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications, as well as data entry.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Desire to grow within the company in a leadership capacity.
