We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative at our Goldfish Swim School location in Norwood, MA.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for promoting quality customer service, processing sales and registrations, and representing the company in a positive image as they lead in growing our member base.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and members, checking students in on our computer system and discussing membership options with prospective families.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner, directing inquiries and messages to the proper staff member.
  • Assist members with purchases of merchandise and vending, as well as prepare student schedules for instructors and schedule private parties.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints using a professional approach and follow-up.
  • Provide occasional administrative support for management personnel, including the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, with some college preferred.
  • One year of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills required, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment:

While performing this job, the employee may be exposed to heat and humidity, with a moderate noise level.
