As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will involve registering guests, verifying reservations, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist with taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments according to procedure
- Upsell additional facilities and services
- Perform all check-out tasks
- Ensure all cash, checks, and credit card balances are accurate at the end of each shift
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Hotel Front Desk experience preferred
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Experience with Microsoft Windows
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Positive, upbeat demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented
- Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. on occasion
