Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food usage to reduce waste effectively.

  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen exceed local health regulations.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Capability to stand and move safely and efficiently within the kitchen.
