**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Kay Search Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- **Assist with Discovery:** Gather evidence, obtain contracts, and perform legal and factual research to support litigation efforts.
- **Document Production:** Organize documents, create and maintain privilege logs, perform bates-stamping, redaction, duplication, and indexing of documents, and maintain exhibits.
- **Client Support:** Attend client meetings, court appearances, and depositions, and provide concise and accurate summaries.
- **Logistics Coordination:** Facilitate and coordinate all logistics during negotiations, arbitrations, trials, and/or settlements.
- **Document Preparation:** Draft and e-file motions, pleadings, summons, complaints, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
- **Case Management:** Monitor case status, track updates, due dates, and appearances, and provide updates to attorneys and clients.
- **Additional Duties:** Perform general additional duties as needed to ensure effective and efficient case progress.
- **Experience:** 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a large law firm.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree required.
- **Skills:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop rapport and trust with others, excellent communication skills, capacity to meet strict deadlines, highly organized with the ability to shift priorities, and proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Adobe, Westlaw, LexisNexis, Relativity, Pacer, and Concordance.
