Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician to join our Float Pool team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our dialysis patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to dialysis patients, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient treatment delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis procedures and technologies.
  • Assist with staffing needs at multiple facilities within our region, providing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Technician in a dialysis setting.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or other state-approved certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
