This is an onsite position, and candidates must be local or willing to commute.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for over 2 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role.

Role Overview:

The Client Support Specialist will provide vital administrative assistance to the VP of Finance and act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries unrelated to products, such as order statuses, quotations, and payment issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring customer portals for quotation and purchase order activities.
  • Completing vendor documentation and managing the return-to-stock procedures.
  • Generating and updating the Daily Bookings Report (BDBR) and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Following up on credit card transactions, delivery delays, and other payment-related matters.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer quotations regarding pricing, terms, and delivery addresses.
  • Transforming quotes into orders and generating invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Updating customers on the status of their orders and any changes to purchase orders.
  • Assisting both Inside and Outside Sales Representatives in maintaining the C4C database.
  • Providing data and insights to Sales Engineers and Managers as required.
