Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for performing thorough nutrition assessments and documentation, including Nutrition Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) and evaluation for malnutrition. You will work with a variety of patients, including cardiac patients, medical/surgical patients, oncology patients, nutrition support patients (Enteral and Parenteral), and patients with GI diagnoses or any condition leading to unintentional weight loss or impacting nutritional intake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough nutrition assessments and documentation, including NFPE and evaluation for malnutrition.
  • Complete nutrition assessments for patients in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
  • Handle an average of 8-12 patients per day.
  • Work with a variety of patients, including cardiac patients, medical/surgical patients, oncology patients, nutrition support patients (Enteral and Parenteral), and patients with GI diagnoses or any condition leading to unintentional weight loss or impacting nutritional intake.
  • Follow standard assessment/reassessment guidelines and participate in onsite orientation to understand departmental protocols.
Work Schedule:

Meet shift expectations from Monday to Friday, with variable start times generally around 8 AM. Work up to one Saturday per month. Dress in hot pink scrubs or business casual attire. Require access to Epic for job responsibilities.
