Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and care to help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage individuals to participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide individualized support and care

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management
