Job Overview

Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking skilled Material Handling Specialists.

We are in search of a qualified individual to efficiently manage the movement of packages and materials within our operations. The role involves operating a forklift with a focus on safety and precision to ensure that all products are loaded and unloaded without damage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating industrial vehicles and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of efficiency in material handling.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 4 PM - Pay: $17.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 4 PM - 2 AM - Pay: $18.50/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and prepared for work.
  • Unload materials and products from incoming transport and organize them in designated areas.
  • Locate and transfer stock to pallets or crates for storage or dispatch.
  • Identify and report any damages or shortages in inventory.
  • Move raw materials to production areas as needed.
  • Conduct machinery inspections to assess repair needs and ensure safety through regular maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and operational logs.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to a safe and organized working environment.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a forklift operator.
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with industrial machinery.
  • Excellent physical fitness and coordination.
  • Must successfully complete a drug screening and background investigation.
