Job Description

 

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This includes checking in/out guests, monitoring the front desk phone center, revising in-house reservations, handling cashiering functions, resolving guest issues within limits of authority, coordinating guest wishes with the concierge, and adhering to Wynn Standards/Core Values and all policies and procedures.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 

* A high school diploma or equivalent required

 

* Two years of customer service experience

 

* Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position
