Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Operations Coordinator to join our team at Psomagen Inc. This role will be responsible for managing laboratory supplies, equipment, and inventory, as well as performing administrative tasks related to laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Compile a list of necessary laboratory supplies and equipment, contacting vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory levels to proactively identify and order essential supplies, manage inventory using the SAP system, and process incoming shipments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Conduct administrative tasks related to laboratory operations, including managing ISO/CLIA documentation and scheduling equipment inspections and maintenance.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in biology, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
