Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions about our products, and recommending the right solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of our products and store.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
