Wealth Management Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team at Cetera Investment Services LLC. As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of client relationships within the defined affluent and high net worth market segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal business partners to provide a broad range of wealth products and services, including financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management services, consumer and mortgage credit, and general banking services.
- Serve as a focused partner, working closely with internal partners to identify relationship growth and asset retention opportunities.
- Consistently acquire new clients and expand services to existing clients to meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals.
- Provide guidance and solutions for the development and ongoing maintenance of client needs.
- Perform perpetual discovery, assessing a client's financial situation to retain and grow the client relationship, conduct and manage all pre-call and post-call meetings for every call.
- Ability to independently manage large client relationships.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, including proper KYC guidelines, call reporting, book of business management and maintenance, and manage all elements of risk and compliance needs for the book of business, utilizing all the tools and resources available to continuously enhance their skill set and improve their performance.
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of financial services industry experience, preferably in commercial or consumer banking, trust investment, or wealth management.
- Or nine (9) years of financial services industry experience, preferably in commercial or consumer banking, trust investment, or wealth management.
- Effective relationship management, business development, and presentation skills.
- Effective sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess effective and proven sales experience.
- Strong initiative to be proactive and follow through on client requests.
- Anticipates client needs and is proactively provides solutions.
A network of established and trusted relationships throughout the Central FL area, specifically Orlando, combined with first-hand market knowledge is preferred.
Successful bankers will be proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
