About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $60-$80 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a fulfilling career, you will have access to education assistance, 50+ hours per week including Per Diem differential, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description
  • Supervise direct care through observation and evaluation of direct care results, and establish positive working relationships with team members, residents, and family members.
  • Obtain, administer, and document medications and treatments given to residents following professional guidelines and Nursing department policies, and inventory and maintain locked systems for narcotics.
  • Support, create, and maintain a positive culture for team members and residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, University or nursing school.
  • Long term care facility and specialized knowledge of nursing care of the elderly and rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
  • Must hold a registered nursing (RN) license within the State of New Hampshire.
