Job Summary

The Certified Care Associate will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with mobility and functional nursing care, as defined by individual care plans.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents, family members, colleagues, and supervisors, fostering open communication and mutual respect.
  • Participate in assessments and treatment procedures, including vital sign checks, weight monitoring, and specimen collection.
  • Familiarize yourself with and implement infection control guidelines, including Standard Precautions and isolation techniques.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of resident care, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Document resident care provided, including flow sheets and data collection as outlined in individual care plans.
Requirements
  • Active NH LNA License
  • Prior experience working directly with seniors is highly preferred
