Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Propulsion Technologies International, LLC. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our aircraft equipment and components.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to customers, engineering, production, and quality.
- Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality database.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- High school diploma / GED
- One to two years related experience or training
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language: interpret and follow written procedures, etc., complete documentation, i.e. routers, etc., and follow verbal instructions
- Basic math, computer skills, attention to detail; Hand/eye coordination and analytic skills
- Documentation and Reporting skills
- Near Vision: 20/25 (Snellen) at 16" (42 cm) ± 1" (2.54 cm) or equivalent in at least one eye, natural or corrected is required.
