Si tu es passionné(e) par le développement JAVA et que tu souhaites te concentrer sur les aspects techniques sans ambitionner un rôle managérial, cette position pourrait te convenir. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, tu auras la responsabilité de maintenir nos frameworks et bibliothèques propriétaires, tout en contribuant à la conception de projets informatiques complexes. Par exemple, tu seras impliqué(e) dans la création d'un ORM et/ou dans des projets relatifs au Crédit d'Impôt Recherche.

Voici un aperçu de tes responsabilités quotidiennes :

  • Diriger et superviser techniquement les initiatives autour des bibliothèques et frameworks internes
  • Élaborer de la documentation technique
  • Organiser la validation des conceptions techniques
  • Suggérer des améliorations techniques
  • Effectuer une veille technologique régulière
  • Apporter un support technique pour résoudre des problématiques complexes
  • Identifier les risques techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Participer à l'animation de la communauté des développeurs
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation de nos solutions techniques
